Good day my good friend.

Yes, I mentioned in my previous, utterly mangled post that I would not post again until early October (likely to be 10th October). But I have a few events that I am helping out at where, if I did not tell you about them, I would be letting others down. So here is a short newsletter just for you.

😶 Do I Say Something?

This Thursday, alongside Rachel Aldred, Azzees Minott, Nicola Blaney, Adil Chaudhrey, and Glenn Lyons, I will be taking part in one of PTRC’s Fireside Chats on daring to speak out when something is wrong. Its a tough subject, where there are no easy answers, so its bound to be a great conversation.

This chat is online from 12:30pm (UK time), and is being put together by Glenn and the great people at PTRC. It will be a cracking discussion I can tell. You should be there.

☀️ Green Fingers

I have been helping out a lot with Greensand Community Energy, who as well as encouraging local people in Bedfordshire to reduce their energy costs, are looking to set up local scale green energy systems. They are doing excellent work on a shoestring budget.

This Sunday, they will be at the the Ampthill Green Fair at Parkside Hall, Ampthill, between Midday and 4pm. If you are in that part of Bedfordshire, you should pay them a visit. I won’t be there, sadly, as I will be heading to Wales for the next event.

😲 Mobility Camp is nearly here

I have spoken about this event so much over the last few months I am sure that you are sick of it. Mobility Camp next Monday at Techniquest in Cardiff promises to be an amazing day full of inspiration and action. For those of you who have never been to an unconference before, I promise that you will like traditional events a little less after coming to Mobility Camp!

Tickets are still available, but are down in single figures. So get yours as soon as you can.
